If you purchase  a festool item from our site and are not completely satisfied just let us know and we will arrange for its return within 30 days of purchase. If the item is something you ordered and don't like you will be responsible for the return shipping.

If we sent you an item that has been damaged in shipping or was shippped in error we will pay for the return shipping.
